  Horrible customer service! We are banned from delivery because they can never get our order right and I asked for the extra bread we paid for and didn't get. I'm insulted and shocked that the manager refuses to talk to me when I've known her for years and the male I spoke to was very rude when telling me they will no longer deliver to us because we complain. They never get our order right and until recently, I had stopped ordering from them. We've been beyond patient and they should be sending us free pizza for all the screw ups!! They need to stop sending us coupons! Needless to say, Bearno's is banned from our household. We ordered Pizza Hut.

  Usually, when a restaurant offers online ordering for delivery, they make sure that the system they use can actually take orders. Twice, my family has placed orders online only to have them never show up. After an hour and a half tonight, I called, and no seemed to care about the mix-up. If I'd like to wait another hour for dinner, I can have my exact same order at the exact same price. Even when we dine in at the restaurant, it's a rare occasion that we get a server who doesn't disappear for long stretches and remembers our orders. We love the food, but it is never worth the effort or the wait.

  Sometimes you may have to wait for service and the food but the pizza and wings are good.
